INTEGRATIONS

Kontor & HubSpot.

01 — What the integration does

One thing, deliberately: when you push a Kontor deal to HubSpot, the deal's verified contact is created as a contact record in your HubSpot portal — email, name, job title, company, and website, enriched with what the graph already knows: the company's industry and country. The record arrives complete instead of you re-typing what Kontor told you. Each push is a single record you chose to send. There is no bulk export, no background sync of your HubSpot data into Kontor, and no email sending from either side.

If the contact already exists in HubSpot, Kontor tells you so instead of creating a duplicate.

02 — Permissions it asks for

The OAuth consent screen requests three scopes, and the integration uses nothing beyond them:

Write contacts — to create the record you push. Read contacts — to detect duplicates before creating one. Read deals — so outcomes recorded in HubSpot can be read back to close the loop on what a Kontor lead became.

Kontor never deletes anything in your portal, never touches marketing objects, and never emails your contacts.

03 — Connecting

In Kontor, open Settings → CRM → Connect HubSpot. HubSpot shows the consent screen for the scopes above; approve, and you land back in Kontor with the connection live. From then on every deal page has a Push to CRM button.

04 — Disconnecting

Settings → CRM → remove the connection. Kontor deletes its stored tokens immediately. Records already pushed live in your HubSpot portal and stay there — they are yours, and disconnecting does not touch them.

05 — Support
